Senior Congress Party leader Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday stated that the party high command would decide the chief ministerial candidate in poll-bound Karnataka.He was hopeful of incumbent Chief Minister Siddaramaiah being chosen as the party's candidate.

"ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಯಾರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ" ಎಂದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಾಯಕ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನೆ(ಏ.24) ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತರ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
